The time is finally here! The start of a new season is only a few days away #szn27
If you played in any of the 2023 seasons, we are back at the same field again. 180 Lakeview Ave in Tyngsboro, MA.
There are 12 teams this season, 6 in each division. Each team will play their division once and they will also play 2 out of division games which totals 7 games. At the end of the season, the division winners will earn the number 1 and number 2 seeds. The playoffs will take place over the course of 2 weeks. An A bracket playoff will be the 6 best records in the league, and then 2 more teams who survived the first weekend of the playoffs (The Bees).
There aren’t any rule changes this season as far as gameplay goes however, there are a few policy rules that will be enforced this season.
In order to keep us from losing our field privileges we must adhere to the city’s new conduct.
- Use of Alcohol and controlled substances is no longer allowed on the premises.
- Loud music cannot be played as to disrupt the surrounding homes.
- Cars cannot be parked on the field or grassy areas.
- Excessive profanity is not to be used, also to no disturb the surrounding homes.
F.T.B. Is the defending champs. While the Goya Beanz are the defending B champions. Both teams are back looking to tack on more bragging rights to the legacy. Can you take them down? Will it be you hoisting the championship belt and securing the first ever Blitz Gold rings?
We will see it all go down this weekend. It all starts April 27th at 8am!
